  5. Por 煤ltimo, las cocinamos por ambos lados en una sart茅n o panquequera, hidratada con ghee, aceite de coco o vegetal, hasta que apenas doren, quedan flexibles y se pueden guardar, para guardar en la heladera vamos a taparla con un lienzo o repasador limpio y h煤medo, as铆 no se resecan.
