En lo personal las dejo entre 12/14 horas mínimo, siempre dejar fermentar cubierto por un lienzo limpio y seco o tela de cera de abejas(film ecológico) nunca taparemos el bowl herméticamente.
  5. Por último, las cocinamos por ambos lados en una sartén o panquequera, hidratada con ghee, aceite de coco o vegetal, hasta que apenas doren, quedan flexibles y se pueden guardar, para guardar en la heladera vamos a taparla con un lienzo o repasador limpio y húmedo, así no se resecan.
  6. Sirven para hacer Canelones, panqueques dulces o salados y tacos, para untar o rellenar con vegetales 🍅🥑🍆🥕🌶️🌽🥬🥦 Y listo! Ya tenemos nuestras Dosas saludables, sin tacc, vegana y vegetarianas(opción raw) para disfrutar a tu gusto 😋
  7. Tip** si tu hábito es comer #raw, podes consumir las dosas cocinandolas a menos de 80° en sartén o panquequera (fuego corona) se cocinan más lento, pero es posible yo lo hago. 😉
