De todas maneras si te pasa que queda muy aguada puedes colar hasta que quede a tu gusto.
  3. El tiempo de cocción es de aprox 18 minutos velocidad cuchara 100 grados. O si estás en el sartén durante un tiempo parecido. Siento que quizás en el sartén se hubiera deshecho un poco menos el champiñón pero así y todo me sorprendió para bien la textura en general de la tinga. Queda deliciosa!
